Recipe: Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
1 cup soup stock
1/2 cup cashew milk
5-6 shiitake mushroom, sliced
1 packet enoki mushroom
Salt and black pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish (optional)

Direction
In a pot, heat soup stock, cashew milk, and shiitake mushroom
When it boils, turn down the heat to a simmer for 20 minutes
Add enoki mushroom and cook for 5 minutes
Add salt and black pepper
Sprinkle some parsley if it is to preference

Note
You could blend the shiitake mushroom for an even more flavourful soup.

Feel free to use any mixture of mushroom of your preference.
