Recipe: Chia Pudding

1/3 cup chia seed
1 1/2 cup cashew milk
2 tablespoon honey or agave nectar

Mix and stir chia seed, cashew milk and honey or agave nectar in a bowl.
Chill in refrigerator overnight

The is actually an in between a pudding and milk mixture
Chia seeds is a superfood that is high in omega 3, iron, vitamin C, calcium, potassium, antioxidants and it is a complete protein (meaning it has all 8 essential amino acid). This is a super pudding 😀
