Recipe: Mint Pesto

PestoIngredients
2 cloves garlic
5-8 leaves of fresh mint
10-15 leaves of fresh basil
1/2 cup cashews nut, soaked for 2 hours
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon water (optional)
Pinch of salt

Direction
Blend everything together

Note
I add water because my blender is not very powerful and requires some water to aid in the blending. If you have a high speed blender, feel free to exclude the water
